Pic of my Engine

This is an small picture of my engine, it certainly looks tires, but compression is good, and the little smoke it makes, is to the best of my knowledge caused by valve steam seals that are probably rotten from old. But the engine is in good condition however i intend to change that Solex Monster. Its so soaked in fuel that its draining me

what are you going to put in it's place? I think a holley TBI unit would be a good choice.

Spend some time tuning that carburetor and the car will run better and last longer ( too much fuel will wear out your engine) .
