ACCII questions

My 1977 300D has the chrysler autotemp II climate control system. I am only getting defrost. I checked all the vacuum parts and they are good. I took apart the servo and found that one of the wires to the transistor on the motors was broken. I plan on resoldering it and putting it back to together.
I was only getting defrost.

Where can i find an exploded diagram of the servo assembly?

what can you get from george murphy?

Classic vacuum leak. Did you get under the dash and check the maze of vacuum tubes and connectors. If not, your in for a treat.

First link is the master page: the other one is specific.

There a lot of links here for your system. You have the 1967-1972 accII system; just start exploring those links; this information was indispensable for me.
I also cleaned up & unstuck my servo & pump; but what it really needed was a new amplifier. As soon as I plugged in the amplifier I bought off of ebay, everything started working.
Important: If the little coolant booster pump next to the servo is stuck, it WILL burn out the amplifier; guar-an-teed!... You should install a fuse to the coolant pump power wire. Also check it and Make sure it is pumping (buzzing) when you put a 12volt jumper to it.
FYI-'Defrost mode' overrides everything.

I have the dash off and checked the vacuum system out and found some leaks. I found that servo to be non working because one of the wires to the motor that drives servo gears was broken at the transistor.

I could repair this system but then agian I dont really wont to deal with servo and the expense of fixing the servo .

the auxillary pump is not stuck and works fine.

I went to the local boneyard and ripped a complete heating system from an 82 240D and I am gonna be put that in instead.

I wont distrub the acc II wiring if i ever want to go back to it.
