mechanical vs. electronic "distributors"
It looks like I have to replace my distributor. Over $500 from the dealer, my best parts-man cannot find it. I can't afford ths amount when I am sure there is another better and/or easier way. Would someone explain to me the pros & cons of my options... and what are my options? PLEASE help!
Would an electronic ignition conversion kit solve my distributor problems or just create a more complicated mess with having to change over this and modify that... I am trying to understand an entirely new concept. Love my '71 250/8!
