Where to get an air filter for my 3.5?

Hi all,

I'm servicing my W111 3.5 Coupe and the air filter needs to be changed. I went to the local MB dealer and it is listed at $68, which I find quite expensive. Any thought where I could get one which fits for a more reasonable price?
