Parking brake belcrank

I'm still looking for issues in my '72 W108 barn find. The parking brake belcrank doesn't look right to me. I would think that the upper arm & the lower arm should be on the same plane. Is this the way it should be? The park brake works fine.

From what I see in your picture the belcrank looks correct and OK. Attached is a similar picture of mine. If it works you should be good on that aspect.
