Selling my w115 part it or restore

This car is in restorable condition but only if youre knowledgeable about metal work, and also very enthused. The only terrible thing about the car is that the floor on either side in the front is rusted pretty badly. Everything else is very nice, interior, existing paint. Car wont drive away because the po screwed up the locking cylinder after losing the key, however car was being daily drivern when the key was lost. The car was vandalized after it was parked but only the windsheild and both drivers side windows were ruined. Also the drivers floor mat was ruined and discarded.

1968 220, gas 4cyl. Auto red int. This is a great project for someone who knows what to do, I dont have the time nor the want to as Ive found somthing elso to sink my cash into so... first $900...(or best offer) gets it. Worth triple that in parts if people were buying.

Title isnt with the car however one can be obtained in three business days if necissary.

you can e-mail me at webblybear@gmail.com, cell at 615-478-7381, or just pm me.

thanks for looking and feel free to ask questions or for more pictures.

Both sides of the rear floors look just like this:

This is the drivers front: basically the footwell where it starts going up toward the firewall,

don't part it. it needs a little TLC. i wish i had room for another. but i don't.

someone will take it. ive seen some pretty amazing rust repairs on this forum.

DON'T part it, if we all parted cars we couldn't repair, we would have one hell of a problem

I could repair it, thats not why Id part it, Im flat broke. I neeeeeed the money, and was told parting one of these provided some good profit, however I was only contacted by tire kickers...

I have no doubt someone can fix this car, and Hopefully Ive priced it within reach for such a person. Also Ill mention Id be happy to haul the car anywhere in the southeast for a bit extra.

i think it will sell for 900.

the engine is similar to Mike D's before he converted it to TBI, my 1966 200 is powered by 1972 M115 from a rusted W115 200, power is the same as M121 but I added some improvements to it, swapping intake/exhaust and red capped Stromberg CDT175 from wrecked 1980 W123 200(it has improved shut-off valve, the relay was eliminated, adjustable air jet for better emissions, durable rubber diaphragm for low maintenance and resistance to tearing). My car now rests in my garage awaiting for body repair.
