What is CO level for 450SL with advance ignition timing?

I got 3% CO from exhaust pipe when I advanced the timing on my 450SL from 5ATDC to 7BTDC. Can any member confirm my reading of the CO level at this advanced setting?

3% CO translates to a lean Air/Fuel ratio mixture of about 13.38:1

(Seems to me at this A/F ration the CO level is about 1% with ignition timing at 5ATDC due to the after burn effect the HC go through by the engine heat created at the retard timing)

Graham, I please chime in, you probably have O2 lambda readings to share.
Thanks
