WOW Camshafts!

I removed the valve covers from my old, corroded 73 D-Jet Engine. The Engine and the car it came out of were VERY VERY rusty and neglected.

Anyhow, I take the valve covers and the camshafts look BRAND NEW!! The top end may have been done shortly before it was parked (whenever that was)
Anxious to tear it down and see what else is what.
