wiring stereo question

I have a 63 finny 190c, and I am hiding a sound system in it The constant I am going to fuse a wire from the battery as for the ignition wire on the cd player what should i use. I still want to keep the original one in there and working. the am radio that is. I was wondering what the wires are off the am radio i have pics, maybe someone can enlighten me! And there are some pics on there for a little sneak preview what i have will be doing over winter!

The AM radio should have power (12V) the one with the fuse, a ground and speaker wires. That is it. Why not just run a separate ground off the CD player, and run a 12 V to either a fuse that is switched ( only 12 V with car on) or unswitched ( can be on with or without key on) You could tie into the speaker wires but if were me I'd run separate speaker wires as well
