108 Heater control light cover

Does anyone have the cover for the upper right hand heater control for a 1971 280se 108018 6 cylinder chassis? This is the cover that has the 2 pins for the lighting connector. The upper part of the cover is good, just the bottom part of the cover is broken. Mercedes says the number for this part in the epc does not show up in their parts system. I may try to super glue the part back together but would rather have a good part. Just finished replacing the blower motor and was connecting the light plug - snap!! goes the plastic part! Help, anyone?
Thanks
Jerry

Hello Jerry,

Do you have a picture of the part? I may have one but I don't know what it looks like. I have about 5000 pieces in storage purchased as a bundle. There are a lot of unidentified bits and pieces there.

Jeffery,
If you look at the heater control, it is the black plastic "cap" on top of the upper right hand control. It will have 2 pins sticking out from it to allow you to connect the 2 pin connector for lighting. There are two wires going from the back of the cap over to the cap on the left hand upper control. I don't know if the caps can be seperated other than cutting the wires. If you have the complete control, I would consider buying the complete assembly from you. Let me know.
Thanks
Jerry

Yes, that is the part I'm looking for, do you have it for sale? If so, how much and how do you want to be paid? My zip code is 76028 for shipping estimate.
Thanks
Jerry

Ziad, I repaired mine with super glue, hope it holds! Thanks for the offer, I may be back if my repair doesn't hold.
Thanks
