Floor Mats for a 67 230 Fintail

What are people using for Floor mats in their Fintails? It looks like to
get a Mercedes logo I have to go to World Upholstery and cough up
about $200. Any other suggestions. I have had customs mats done
in the past for an old Alfa I had (had Alfa patches sewn in) but they
didn't hold up very well. Any suggestions?

What color is your interior? Blue by any chance?

I didn't want carpet type mats for my '72 SL. But they seem to be the only ones available from MB and many suppliers.

I ordered a set of Sisal mats from Cocomats. Haven't got them yet. No logo, but them I didn't want one anyway.

My interior is Black. I don't think I want to go with Cocomats. I have seen some
fintails with what look like the same Mercedes mats with logo that I have in my 300e. They also looked like they had a nice binding on the outside edge of the
mat.

I am in the process of making new carpets/floormats for my W116. I bought bulk carpeting online, cut it to shape, and bound the edges with color coordinating vinyl. For the driver's and passenger's side floor mats, I am considering shipping them to my mom who has a machine that does embroidery. I am thinking about having the Mercedes tri-star sewn in the middle.

I didn't want Cocomats either, even although many do like them.

The Sisal mats look different. Mine should arrive this week - then I will find out if the $150 was worth it!

These are the mats I ordered from WorldUPH. They are very high quality but very expensive.
