I can see where, if you're researching to purchase a used vehicle, having this type of information is invalueable (sp?).
You'll know w/in seconds, whether the car has been repainted, A/C was standard or removed, what type of engine should have been under the hood, etc.... Yep, I download every .pdf and have them stored for future use. And, I'll bookmark this post for others to come to for information when they query. TQ, Equitas!

re: Option Codes
Thx for posting the option codes. I was looking for one specific code which the data sheet said had no title available. Unfortunately the code I would like info on (078) has no description in the pages you kindly provided either. It just has 078 in the left column and is blank in the right hand column. Seems like they must have put the code on my data sheet for *some* reason?
Oh well, enough deep thinking for now -- ;-) LarryT 91 300D |

I see this is an older thread. I just looked up the option codes on the DATACARD for the car I am purchasing on another site. The option codes are useful, in the format of a zillion pdfs they are not very useful. If they are concatenated together they will be much easier to use.
thanks for doing them. For those of you who don't know what option codes are, first read about datacards. You can learn a lot here: Pagoda SL Group Technical Manual :: DataCard / Start |
