Various issues going on with a 280se cab

All of these are on a 1970 280se Cab.

I have a plug going from my seat belt receptacle to the rear seat floor and have no idea what its for does anyone here know?

There are other things I would like to make changes to any input would be greatly appreciated on the best ways to do so.

The padding in my trunk against the fenders

Rear seat belt

which if I can find a good front and back seat belt kit I would change with my front 3pt system, the drivers side when initiated moves and locks mid movement alot.

I dont know why the images arent showing so i provided links also.

When I went to the classic center they told me they clip them on with some sort of bracket. I will call and see if they will tell me where the clip attaches and which bracket.
