Fuel: Octane and Nitrogen Enrichment?
Shell Canada has been advertising Nitrogen enrichment in all their fuels claiming that it cleans crap from the valves and fuel system. BS?

BS - the air around you is 71% N - it forms nitric acid derivatives in combustion adding more to the gasoline is almost impossible and does nothing despite what they say in the advertising
cheers barri

We added nitrogen to our draw furnace to keep red hot metal from igniting with oil.I'd like to see oxygen added to fuels.

But can you really add O2 to fuel and have it stay in the fuel throughout the storage and pumping process?
and I kind of figured that the N claim was bogus..
