URGENT: How to remove w108 rear door ash tray

About to get the doorcard off but not sure how to remove the ashtray in rear door.

Any tips? I dont want to pull too hard and break it.

Any fast replies appreciated

all good worked it out, compress the pull out tray and pull out, reveals 2 screws
