Which "crossmember"?

Are you referring to the front axle or the rear engine support crossmember at the transmission mount or what?

Those parts are available from the dealer and/or the Classic Center. Please update your location info.

Either get them cut from a rust-free wreck or buy them new from a dealer. price of the part is nothing compared to the labor required to fit the part. It's dozens of hours of work to pull the fenders, test fit the part, reassemble everything and then tack weld it in place, take everything apart once more and weld it right and then paint it and reassemble once more.

i believe the plan is to cut the whole piece out and make and weld it up without removing the fenders. Mine just rotted through on the passangers side and the previous owner cut a big rectangular piece of metal out and just welded it on for the drivers side; so my problem is the bumper sits crooked and too far out on one side. Obviously the dealer would have it, but their price is probably insane as usual!

If you go the parts section of the forum and you will find two dismantlers there have the fintail parts you can get reasonably.
