88 300E Not getting fuel or spark

Im getting good fuel pressure at my fuel distributor and the system is priming.

However, the fuel is not being shot through the injectors for some reason...

Im waiting for a new OVP relay! Im not getting spark. What would be the next thing to check if I replace the OVP relay and I still don't get spark?

check the the rotor for grounding and generally the distributor cap for a hairline faults. the cap does loose its carbon contact in these models .
