1974 240D 4 speed transmission issues.

I bought a 1974 240D today with a 4 speed standard transmission. I don't know the amount of miles on it due to the odometer not working.

The first time I test drove it it grinded getting in to reverse as well as sometimes shifting into second. I had driven it about a 2 hour drive mainly highway, and when I was about to get to my sisters house I could feel a grinding like feeling when I fully depressed the clutch. Well, I left my sisters on the way to my uncles about 1 mile away. On the way I shifted into 3rd gear and the clutch stayed on the floor. I pulled it back up while I was driving, but it didn't have any response. I got it into neutral and parked it. Now it will start but it wont shift into gear. The pedal seems to be stuck. I can move it but it doesn't do anything. I did notice however that if I push real hard on it you can feel a light grind feeling. I got up under it to check for a leak on the slave cylinder, but instead of the slave cylinder leaking it looked like the transmission was leaking where it connects to the motor. Anyone know if what could be the problem? I know I will either have to replace a transmission seal, clutch, mc or sc, or possibly even the syncros. Can anyone narrow it down? Also, the clutch master cylinder doesn't appear to be leaking.

Also, is their anything else I need to change or check over well. I plan on flushing all of the fluids ASAP, and doing a valve adjustment ASAP. The original glow plugs have been replaced with new ones and the steering linkage has been replaced.

As soon as I get her back up and running good I plan on daily driving it.

Heres some quick snaps I took with my HTC Evo.

I'm a little west of ft worth.

I am thinking about replacing the clutch, pressure plate, slave and master cylinder since the parts are a lot more reasonable than i thought they would be, but that may be unnecessary. I guess I might have to wait till tomorrow to see what it's going to take once I tear into it.
