megasquirt installer
I've read many threads on the advatages of installing the megasquirt system in place of the problematic stock Bosch D jetronic on the early (1971-1975) Mercedes V-8s, but I don't have the skill (or nerve) to tackle the job myself. Does anyone know a mechanic who has done this conversion and would do the same for me? I live in Connecticut.

if you were in WA I would do it for you. I suggest contacting DIYautotune http://www.diyautotune.com/ they are in GA but know installers all over the country. also try Glenns garage http://www.glensgarage.com/catalog/index.php the two of them are the official suppliers of MS kits. They will know someone in your area. cheers Barri

This is a custom job and can be time consuming, especially if you need to make a new engine wiring loom (recommended as they become brittle with heat and age). So you may have to pay for a lot of hours.
On the other hand, if you were to do it yourself you would find a lot of help on this board.
