250 suspension tie bar control arms 250c interchangable

are these interchangeable 250 to 250c 1972 suspension tie rod for arm control driver side to passenger side ? any troubleshooting hints? to look for?my late husband car is my baby and the wheel fell off! come to find the 'control arm busted away from the bar that ties the driver arm to the passenger 'arm..pic and pull auto salvage yard will sell the tie bar to me for 30 bucks 30 bucks for another to remove it from the car on site.

Not sure where to start...

First of all, 250 sedan and 250C coupe chassis are the same.

Second, the left to right tie rod assemblies, will interchange.

The control arms are not. Post isn't quite clear on it, but if the wheel fell off I'm thinking it's the LCA that broke and they are unique per side.
