1972 Mercedes 300sel 4.5 / Air suspension questions.
Any body know where in Texas (Houston better) I can have my air suspension valve rebuild? and where can I buy parts for this BENZ. Please advise... THX
Can I add a spring to the rear suspension to help or replace my leaking rear air suspension??? Last edited by tbui; 10-08-2010 at 10:50 PM. |

I am trying to rebuilt them myself on my 3.5 since some time and I have some success but it is an insane amount of pioneering and time. Star Motors might offer a solution with rebuilt valves. There might be other sources too. Martin |

Do not compromise the air suspension system, stock or nothing. it is worth every dime or thou spent,
( it can go into 2-3k to be corrected ) check the M-100 group, web site, |

You might check out Brinson Company in New Orleans - they have a lot of rebuilt parts that hardly anybody else carries.

Tbui, get down to this place and remove (Carefully) all the air suspension parts . This will give extra cores etc to keep as spares for rebuilding.
