speaker wire which is positive

79sd green and black wires to speaker,red dot painted on speaker at green wire terminal is this positive?

pretty sure the black/green wire is the ground wire.

99% of the time, black is ground/negative. Positive is often, but not alway, red or grey with red dots.

wire color legend

Hi
Is there a color legend to Bosch wiring diagrams ?Looking at vintage Lucas wiring diaggrams and all the colors are designated for a particular unit .

Black is negative and the colored lines represent the corresponding speaker corner.

Can always ground against the chassis to check, or hook it up and take a listen. Also, If the speakers are out of phase it is pretty easy to tell, just switch one if so and you're good to go.
