Allabassi Knows what they are--They started out as a kit car in the early sixties,in Britan, but ended up as Marcos and were -or are still built today.

Al, you're right, they are still built today and still use a wooden frame. When I last looked at these, they were running big v8's and were blisteringly fast.

I think that the earlier cars had the Ford Essex V6 that went into the Capri or a 1600CC Crossflow engine. Nice cars.

Those, TVR and Morgan are still being sold in the UK but rarely seen on this side of the pond.

I need to find that old popular mechanics mag fro 62 --that had the ad--They still look basically the same -with modern bumpers!
