1961 190 Binz wagon

What's better than a ponton? A ponton wagon.

A similar one popped up on the east coast not too long ago on craigslist, I think it was listed at $7k but was in better shape

Hey, you're back!

We hadn't heard from you in so long. With all the flooding in Australia, I was afraid you were caught up in it.

He's trying to milk it.

I've driven lots of pontons. You're asking to spend another 10 grand on a wagon that's worth 9,000 if you are lucky.

Plus it drives like a potato wagon that's dragging a 240d stuck in low

Mercedes Ponton Wagon

Hi Sirs-
I went down and looked at this Ponton Wagon this weekend. I think its a great candidate for a ground up restoration. I wish I had known about it before I bought my Wagon. Its not nearly as rusty as mine. The guy who owns it knows how valuable it is and seems pretty reasonable. I have a bunch of pictures if anyone wants. Its located in Burien Wa. --south of Seattle, near the airport. OK See ya! Angus
