W 109, 3.5: Need quick advise how to change right side motor mount

I have a lot of rattle after changing the left side motor mount during the sub frame mount change. Unfortunately I didn't do the right side at once but mow I am regretting.
So the car is assembled and I want to change the right side motor mount.
I know the center bolt won't come out because the exhaust manifold is so close.
Do you have advise how to attach the problem?

i'd put both front sides on stands andlift the engine...maybe remove the fan shroud?

I need to lift the engine...how is this done best?
Is the oil pan strong enough to jack up the engine?
Would you loosen the left side motor mount? I remember I had a hard time to get the bolt in the left motor mount...was very difficult.

Need help.

I have the old mount out. It is actually much easier than I thought.
Put the front on stands, jack up the engine a bit. The unscrew the mount until the engine is hovering 1/2 inch, the remove the arm with the 4 screws, then remove the assembly.
The old mount is not bad but only 53mm high..the new one is 63 mm high. Over the years the rubber got squeezed by 10mm.

Unfortunately I didn't pay attention when I bought the new mounts. On the package it said URO- I guess this is bad quality. Does anyone have experience with URO motor mounts?

I have the new mount in... was not as bad. Much easier than the sub frame mounts. Most of the R&R is self explaining as soon as you are there.
