Missing fuel accumulator

Been having hard warm start problems so I bought this part as I've read that it could solve the problem only to find that the car doesn't even have one at all. Since I have the part, I've decided to install it, but I don't know where one of the end fits.

I think on one end where there are two fittings, one connects to the fuel filter and the other to the main fuel line. Where does the opposite end of this part connect?

Any ideas on an alternative for the missing bracket?

Thanks!
