wasserpumpen = water pump

the others, not sure, are you certain about the spelling? (not trying to be difficult; several of the words look vaguely familiar. geprufte qualitat means verified/tested quality. )

I am NOT certain about the spelling --- it's all hand written.

Let's just say I have a lead on a bunch of stuff --- I might have to send a commission check to Phil.

I'm guessing you already know what retail is on it, right? My initial thinking it it might need to go on eBay to pay for my project.

I wish I could "Find" one, I could afford to do a lot of work on Quicksilver for what one costs!

Convert to a coil spring, much less costly.

The last time I saw a Hydromat at a dealership they wanted $1300 for it, so I guess a NOS one would go for about 50% of that.

Many dealers, in the old days, would switch this out to the coil spring. I had a Service Advisor tell me you could not tell the difference and the cost was about $200 for the spring. Perhaps someone here who has done this can offer an opinion on switching out This would have been about 20 years ago.

There is only one O-ring in there that goes bad and lets the fluid leak out. Perhaps there is a way to repair a Hydromat?

Hydromat --- rear suspension compensator --- update

Okay, fellow forum members, what type of oil/grease is in a Hydromat? And, I'm looking for a "boot supplier". Even though the rubber is soft and paliable, the boot ruptured at the end. It looks like the original boot is not long enough. I'm planning on rebooting it.
