hella unplugged...
hey guys,
when i was installing the new steering lock assy i had found this connector removed. could you tell me what this is, and why it may be unplugged on my 79 300d   thanks in advance. -Jimmy

That's the seatbelt buzzer / fasten seatbelt light / lights on reminder relay.
