It's raining in my car!

This is a '62 W111 Coupe.

I guess the four hoses on each corner of the sunroof frame are shot. Is there a way to replace them without removing all the ceiling (which would require removing front and rear windshields)? Is there enough access by undoing the sides? I want to give it a try this week end but I don't want to take half the stuff out only to realize it involves more than a week-end job and removing windshields. Any tip would be useful.

Thanks!

You need to remove the hood lining to get at the hoses and it's a weird size too. The factory stuff was a red rubber .

Do I have to remove it completely? Or will I have enough access by undoing only the sides?

You have to remove The front and rear screens and the hood lining comes back to reveal the tubes in the front . The rear tubes run up through the c pillar so the lining needs to come forward . Have you checked which pipe has broken ? They usually last forever .I would check first with air pressure that they aren't just blocked and the tray is over filling. Fix the external seals too .

Hum... I find water in the rear left footwell so I guess that one is shot. But where I park the car she is facing a bit uphill and leans a bit on the left side. When I drive and I brake I get water on the feets, so I guess the left front one is shot also. I don't think they are blocked because there is no water in the frame after a rain when I open the sunroof.

At one point I want to change the windows with tinted ones (which I all have but the front screen) and I would like to replace the aftermarket perforated vinyl lining by a fabric one, as the car had in '62. They don't come cheap. So I guess I will do all that at the same time and I will have to wait a bit.
