I have been following along in your thread and am soo sorry of your grandma's passing. She sounded like she was your best friend. You and she were very lucky to have had each other. I am sure she would have not wanted it any other way...cudos to you for being so kind and caring to her.

Have to say something about the new ride....awsome! Hope it will fill a small hole that has been left..

A very big thank you to all of my friends here. If anyone wants to come work on my finny with me (need to do all the hard lines) I'd love the company.

Sorry for your loss, hope you can now chart your own course to happiness after giving so much to others. Try not to let the vices of others invade your life.
good luck bradford

That's a big change from TN.

What caused the move?

Yeah, no kidding. How can you take a break from us for this long?

I'm missing all the posts of you working on your fleet of old Mercedes.

Cave Creek, AZ has some high-dollar real estate. Maybe JiveTurkey has indys doing his mechanical work, while he's livin' the good life on the golf course every day.

Goodness no! I'm still doing my own labor. You guys are really going to like the 63 220se I found. 4 speed manual on the floor, no power steering, crank windows, no sunroof. I can't seem to post a photo though. Also I crush punctured my left thumb today on a stupid Chevy 5,3 so typing with my thumbs sucks. I have missed the lot of you.

Why here?

I hope things go well for you and I'd love to see some pic's. Especially of that Finny. But I have to wonder. Why the hell move from a pleasantly verdant land to the blast furnace?

About the only thing I'd think might be an advantage would be the close proximity of good shooting ranges. You do have a few interesting guns if I recall?

- Peter.

For those wondering I have been fighting some health problems since last year. Ehlers danlos disorder and I had surgery for three hernias December 27. Two umbilical and one inguinal. Still in recovery.
