M110 Cam box leaking coolant?

Off and on the seal between the cam box and head on my 280CE seems to leak what appears to be coolant. But it is such a small amount its hard to tell if its oil or coolant.

Here is a pic of a m110 with the cam box removed, i cant tell if the cam box seals coolant, or oil, or both. My questions is, is it possible for that cam box gasket to leak coolant.

Thanks

No coolant passages in the cam tower. Maybe leaking around a head bolt? Exhaust side or intake?
