condensation drain leak

hi i have a 1972 mercedes 280sel 4.5 and i have a leak where the fitting comes out of the evaporator and connects to the rubber drain hose. i bought a drain tube but it is also dripping some from the fitting where the nut is going into the housing. i tried to tighten the nut but it does not get tighter or looser, it just turns i was wondering how to change the fitting coming out of the condensor that the drain hose attaches to

Find the drain hose. It probably comes through the firewall on the passenger side. See if you can see where it attached to the condensate tray. Remove it from the tray and use a screwdriver to clean out the hole. Run a piece of wire through the hose to clean it out.

May that helped you!!
