'77 280SE reverse
My sister-in-law has a 1977 280SE that the reverse doesn't fully engage. I am assuming that it uses a B3 valve to engage reverse like other cars around that year but I am not familiar with where the B3 valve is located and would like confirmation and maybe a picture.
Thanks Dave

The early 722.1xx used on the older W116s has a reverse band adjustment and it likes to back out. Do a search in the diesel forum. There's lots of data there. This is your lucky day because it' probably a 5 minute fix if you know where to look for it.

Thanks, I will try to adjust. Do I need to turn it in or out?
