Where can I find the front limit mount/bushing
1969, w115/220 - I need to replace the front limit mount/bushing - the one that is bolted to the very front of the engine and then to the front suspension. The rubber on mine is gone and I can't seem to find the part - perhaps I need to search under a different part name?

What kind of car are you talking about? What else can you tell us about this part?

Duh - w115 front limit stop bushing
I am sorry, the type of car would help - 1969 w115. The part I refer to is mounted on the front of the suspension by a single bolt - this holds a metal strap of sorts that has a dog leg at the end that sits between a rubber bushing/mount that is attached at the bottom front of the engine, just under the crank.

i have a couple of W115 engines here that i pulled from cars and neither had anything like that. i have looked in the EPC and nothing is mentioned there either under USA versions. There is a bracket on the front of the engine, part number A1152230040.
You wouldn't want to mount a OM615 solidly to a car unless you like the feeling of vibrations all the time. Found it!, it's in the section for the front axle . Rubber buffer # A11524114 65 Clamp A 115 240 04 38 |
