Need Early 111 subframe mount

I need early version ('59-mid '61) subframe mounts for a 220Sb. This mount and subframe are different from later 111, 110, and 108 mounts. It has flanges on the top and bottom and is NLA. I've tried all the usual and many unusual places to find one and only came up with used ones. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. No, I'm not going to change the subframe so let's not even go there. Thanks. Here' a pic:

Is there a rush for the parts?
NLA is scary. and portends expen$ive
We can burn out the old rubber, make a mold and re-cast with urethane.
or make a Delrin part and bond it into place.
