Replacement Transmission Cooling Line Too Short

I bought a couple of replacement transmission cooling lines from pelican parts. The first one I installed fit well. However, the second one is about 1/2 inch too short; it wont quite reach the transmission line. Is there any fix to this issue other than trying to find another (longer) transmission cooler line?

Just a friendly bump to see if anyone has any thoughts on this. Thanks, CNM

Is the solid line bent the way it should be / any room for movement?

Below is what the installed line looks like under the driver's side. The line under the passenger side can take a more direct path yet it still isn't long enough to reach. I was hoping there may be a simple solution or something I could buy at a hardware/auto store that could act as an extension.

I'm not sure if a hardware store could help but a hydraulic shop / farm machinery repair shop / transmission shop probably could - but I reckon you might find it is cheaper to just buy a longer flexible hose.

Have you asked Pelican parts if they sent you the correct part?

I've ordered the same part for the same type of car and had the same issue.

I didn't take it up with the supplier and just added it to my parts stash. Your local hydraulic shop would likely be the place to have proper part made up.

The part is likely wrong, and I would suggest calling Phil @ Peach on his return today (see the announcement) or the MB classic center for the proper part. I would have had the same issue on my 4.5 had I not found a junked 450SE with the same lines that mine needed that were literally brand new (Still had all the original brass shine and no dirt on them).
