trailing arm bushings making noise...time to change?
I was disconnecting the trailing arms from the chassis for changing the air bags. The rubber bushings didn't look too bad, also I didn't have parts and left old bushings in place, installed the trailing arms. Now they now started squeaking/groaning..an awful noise.
I sprayed WD40 on the area in order to reduce the sound. It worked..probably only a matter of time until the sound will be back? Is the squeaking a sign for worn bushings? Martin |

Yeah, probably time to replace those.
Front bushings part: 110-352-10-65. Rear bushings 'kit' with hardware: 110-350-14-75. |

Hi JMela,
I think only the front rubber donuts are squeaking. rear bushing kit: I have to adjust/align the wheels then by the off-center rubber? How is that done properly out in the deserts? |
