Cigarette Lighter Adapter
Does anyone where I can get one of those sleeves (adapter) that allows a US size power adapter to fit into the lighter outlet on an older Mercedes (1971 in particular)? I had one for years but can't find it now. My phone charger plug wont stay in the lighter socket in my 71 280se.
Thanks in advance Jerry

There's a place called Eurocampers.com that sells adapters.
If worse comes to worse you could always just pick up a 'remote' plug and wire it in to the lighter you have. |

I just used a thin screw driver to bend the tabs inside the lighter inward just a little. Now all my chargers stay plugged in.

I know from some radar detector companies, they will send you the condom if you ask. Extra reason to buy a new radar detector
