One off SWB 600 landaulet
Recent research on the internet revealed that MB made ONE short wheelbase 600 Landaulet for "Count von Berckheim" in 1967. No recent information on this unique car seems to exist.
Does anyone know where it is now?

I understand that they also made a couple of coupes and one special order landaulet for the Pope. You could order just about anything you wanted when it came to 600's since most of them were built on a custom basis, one at a time.
I'm doing numer 1203, a SWB in black right now. I think they only made a handful of landaulets - I remember Kim Jong Il of N. Korea having two of them. The rest of the country ate grass in in the meantime. |

You need to check out the M-100 board. They are at The International M-100 Group or something like that.

The short wb car you asked about is still in the Count's family.
It is the only model 100.015 ever built. |
