Picked up a 1977 Mercedes 207D camper. Having trouble Starting it.

Having trouble finding out why the glow plugs aren't engaging. Can't find relay. There are several more problems to solve with this rig.. any information would be great.

Hi, I don't have any info for you but please update your UserCP with your location, this helps others who may be nearby to assist you or at least suggest a knowledgeable shop if needed down the road. I've been surprised by locals who have offered to help in the past. Neat find and welcome to the forum!

Do you have a knob which must be pulled to engage the glow plugs and starter? If so, it doesn't have a relay.

If the glow plugs are wired in series, one bad glow plug shuts down the entire circuit.

If you post some pictures of your engine, it will be easier to know which engine you've got and how to address the problems. Updating your user CP, as mentioned, will also help.
