WTB Clean W115 300D
Hey all, hope it's okay to post this in this section.
I've fallen in love with the 114/115 chassis and the diesels in particular, and I'm looking for a clean 300D. I'm located in Portland, OR, so obviously something closer in is preferred, but I will travel if needed. I've got cash in hand, and I'm willing to pay a good price for the right car! Lemme know what you've got! Thanks! :) |

*-*-*-*1965 MERCEDES BENZ 190D SEDAN DIESEL GREAT MPG*-*-*-* (OK, it's older, and not a 300D) Lots of them in Portland right now. I missed a 1979 240D at the auction a few weeks ago...it went for $2000. I was out of town and missed it. Good luck! |
syD: OP expressed interest in w115s.
OP: You might consider reposting in the classified section of the site. You will probably have better luck. Why the W115 300D? I see way more 220Ds and 240Ds, so they are going to be easier to find spare parts for in salvage yards. Less power, but cheaper to own. |

My intent was that he consult the Google machine or at least attempt a Craigslist search. 1971 Mercedes Benz 220 w115 /8 1970 Mercedes Benz 220 W114 There are a bunch of them in Portland right now, was my only point. |

Not any of what he is looking for. I suspect it will be difficult to find a 1976 300D in good condition for sale. There are a few out there, but in good condition they are usually not for sale.
Good luck with your search. |
