W115.117 driveshaft vibration

I own a 1974 115.117 (240D manual transmission) The CV joint collapsed so was replaced. A new hanger and bearing fitted, shaft balanced and refitted. It now vibrates at 60KM and above. It did not vibrate before. Shaft removed and re-checked, refitted - still vibrates. One flexi disc replaced, I did not replace other and do not know if the position of the disc relative to the shaft is the same as before. I have just read that discs are a factor in balance and therefore possible vibration. Could flexi discs cause this? If not, what else could it be? Costing me a fortune now so any help would be great. If the flex discs are fitted incorrectly they may cause issues. It is possible your other flex disc is failing also. Check this out for a general tutorial on a newer car, and note figure 12 where it discusses proper direction of the disc.

If you fitted the propshaft with the weight off of the wheels it is a good idea to settle the car - roll it backwards and forwards before tightening everything in place.
