W114 Coupe drivers seat won't go back.

So my passenger seat will slide forward and back no problem. You can sit close to the dash or not even reach the footwell with your legs. My drivers side seat only travels about 3-4 inches from all the way forward. I've popped the seats out to inspect them and saw no issues, and the four bolts are all the way in so the rail could not be catching on them. Any ideas on why the seat isn't going far back enough?

So, the upper slide slides past the 4 10mm mounting bolts, both sides and front and rear?

There are mounting bolts for the adjusters to the lower seat frame, maybe one has come loose?

Adjusting rails bent?

Debris blocking the travel of the adjuster rqail?

Yep.
I'll check 2 and 3. No debris.
Thanks.

I ran into this once. It was the seat hitting on the rear mounting bolts, so you might give them a bit of a twist to make sure they are all the way down.

But really, it could be a lot of things.
