brake cylinder: rebuild or replace?

The rear brake cylinders on my 63 220s need doing. The rebuild kit is $9 and the new cylinder is $60. It looks like a straightforward job but in the end is it worth it to rebuild? Are there any problems associated with these cylinders that makes replacement a good idea?
thanks

Corrosion of the cylinder bores or seal area of the piston may force replacement. I replaced mine a while back, they were leaking due to pits in the bores. If they are smooth and the pistons are clean where the seal sits you can rebuild, use a fine brake cylinder hone available at NAPA, etc... to clean up cylinder bore. Corrosion pits in the piston face or center of cylinder is ok as long as not so deep to compromise strength of part.

not worth the time, too many little things can get in the way of a proper rebuild. Specs of rust, dirt , scored walls. FOr me I go with reman brake parts
What are remans going for?

Replace. The labor time far exceeds the materials cost.
