w108 Quarter Panel Removal

Does anyone have a DIY of removing the EDIT...Front fender... on a w108?

I may be opening a can of worms back there but I am pretty sure theres rust just brewing...

I have removed all the bolts starting from the front door down to the radiator and it wont budge. What am I missing?
