115 Door trim removal

Before I go hacking away at this 40 year old trim, can someone advise how best to remove the blue interior trim and horizontal chrome strip (above the door handle on the outside)?
I'm pretty sure there are just a couple clips and you pry up, but for a change I'm going to try not to be stupid first and ask later.

It's a door seal replacement job that has morphed into a light door resto with anything rubber going. The window channel, outer window seal, and regulator-to glass-rubber should be replaced. I don't know how much of a nightmare I'm creating for myself but I guess I'll find out.

The outer chrome strip is held in by metal clips. You just have to start at one end and slowly work it up. This is not a case of getting one end up and the rest is easy. You have to work the entire thing up along the length of it.

The inside plastic strip is easier. First remove the door lock tab by unscrewing it and then work a flat blade screwdriver under the end next to the door and, again, slowly apply pressure to bring the snap tab out of its' hole. Careful here: You can break the plastic by putting too much strain on it. The tabs will come out but you must apply no more pressure than necessary to pull them up.

Idle is correct , slow even pressure straight up and in working entire length of the strip. The little clips can be a bugger the blue piece pops up , remove door lock plunger
