Looking for concouse-level 72/73 W108

Hey guys, a friend of mine is looking for a Condition 1: concourse-level (per Hagerty’s value system), or as close as he can get to it, W108. Here’s what he wants:

• 72 or 73 280SE or 280SEL preferably 4.5

We’ve been looking around and have come across a couple of contenders. Here’s what I think the car should have in order to command concourse value, which I’m estimating around $25,000 depending on year and model:

• All records since new
• Full ownership history
• Accurate and fully-accounted mileage
• Zero rust
• No accidents
• Perfect paint job
• Perfect chrome and trim
• Original tire and hub-caps combination (white wall tires, no chrome rims)
• Perfect and correct interior
• No modifications

Am I missing anything? Also, for any of the above missing, how much do you guys think could be discounted from top-level price?

I might have a lead/connection for you. There is a great fella here in Seattle that restores W108s to beautiful condition. I dont know about concourse level but extreamly nice. He is very familiar with shipping them, even overseas.
I was just at his place 2 weeks ago and he had a baby blue early 70s 280SEL. That thing was AMAZING. It did have Bundt wheels on it though
