W108/W109 Chev V8 transplant

Gidday all,

I have 2 W109 300SEL's (3.5), one of which I am considering transplanting a late model fuel injected Chev V8 into.

I'm after any info from anyone who has done this before. What modifications need to be done to accept the Chev V8 etc......

Any help would be most appreciated.
