Heads Up: MB EPC is no longer free

All,

I just renewed my subscription to the Mercedes on-line EPC and it will now cost you $75- annually. I went ahead and did it, but I also questioned the site on this and they confirmed it is no longer available for zero cost.

That's a bummer for you guys.

Over here it has always been a pay for service. If you join a Mercedes club though (has to be an officially recognised one) then you can often get EPC included in the membership price (which is often about what you've just paid for EPC by itself)

Was your credit card charged ? I think they take your info but don't process the charge.

And, are you sure it is an actual MB site and not a pass through?

Money grab from MB for something that has always been free.

Buy a DVD on ebay for $16.

Just found this out today. I see on Ebay bundles that also include WIS and wiring diagrams for as little as $10. How hard are they to install? I installed a copy of WIS dated from around 2008 and it was pretty complicated to do.
