w123 1983 300D Light modification
 

Wanted to Jazz up front end of my beloved 300D. I picked up this beauty for $1000.00 I have replaced one rear axle, a radiator, kickdown solenoid, rear seat back, fixed tach, cruise control, all window regulators and a partridge in a pear tree... Ok so maybe it doesn't quite look like a S550 headlamp but not half shabby.

Cool enhancement.

Not for the purist but innovative nonetheless !

The really cool part is that it is easily reversible. I do like using them as daytime running lights, with the warning buzzer I haven't left them on yet. I am for the most part a purist. This is the only mod I have done to the car.
